Our Leadership Development Program integrates KL expertise in cross-cultural competencies with rigorous leadership skill training to prepare middle and high school students to be leaders in their classrooms today, and leaders in the larger world tomorrow. Through interactive workshops and project-based learning, students will engage with pressing social issues that affect both their home countries and the larger world. The program focuses on four aspects of leadership: debate and public speaking, creativity and critical thinking, civic engagement and global citizenship, and team management.
With opportunities for rigorous academics in the mornings followed by excursions and field trips in the afternoons, our Leadership Development program helps students develop teamwork, communication, leadership and critical thinking skills while building emotional intelligence and cultural competency.
