As an educator, Ms. Ryals has written mathematics curriculum and assessments; trained educational professionals on technology, best instructional and classroom management practices and curriculum writing and implementation; and served as Lead Teacher, Department Chair and Assistant Principal Intern/Substitute.  Ms. Ryals is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Beaumont program and holds her principal certification from the Texas Education Agency.  Her international education and education leadership experiences have afforded her the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement and well being, while developing educators.  Ms. Ryals looks forward to cultivating an educational environment of educators that will help Chinese students progress beyond expectations in their Chinese-American studies at Hanvos and thereafter.
