KL’s Educator Training Institute (ETI) exposes educators to top teaching pedagogy from 21st Century classrooms across the United States. Topics include: learner-centered classrooms, flipped learning, project-based learning, and differentiated instruction, which are all methods of instruction that shift the role of both the teacher and the learner in relation to the original teacher-centered model of instruction. Teachers will participate in morning workshops and afternoon case studies, discussions, and guided practice. This program also covers direct classroom management techniques that teachers will be able to apply in addition to these new instructional styles.
